Thank You GET Patrons - your current donations are keeping us going during these unprecedented times.

If you'd like to make an ongoing or one-time donation to GET, please click here.

We regret that, due to Covid-19 restrictions, we've have to cancel our Summer Surf Party - Tribute to the Beach Boys show at the Chattahoochee Nature Center, July 9 - 25.  Keeping all of you and our actors safe is our number one priority and we simply can't guarantee that to our standards.

If you have already bought tickets:
We  thank you for your support and will be reaching out by email and/or phone in the next weeks with your options of using the tickets for another show this coming season, getting a refund, or donating the cost of your tickets (and getting a receipt for taxes) to help GET continue to operate during these trying times.

Please don't call the theatre - we are unable to be in the building for box office hours. Again, we thank you for your support and we will email you as soon as is possible in the next two weeks. Thank You.

        SHOW IS CANCELLED

A Town Hall Recording from Anita Farley and Jim Donadio

        Dear GET Patrons,

It has been some time since we've gotten to talk with any of you. We miss seeing you at the theatre! If you weren't able to attend one of our town hall zoom meetings last week, we've included a link for you to watch below. Be sure to let us know if you have any questions by emailing them to info@nullget.org.  Thank You.

        Sincerely,
        Anita Farley

Coming Season & Covid-19 Mitigation Updates - A Summary of Key Points from the Town Hall Meetings

Here are the key facts as we know them at this point. Please note that all of this is subject to change based on the Covid-19 pandemic updates so please bear with us.

We are still unable to man the box office phones so please email us with questions instead of calling at info@nullget.org.

          1. We were informed today by the City of Roswell that we will be able to start our season with our first show, Bright Star, in late August with many caveats (and knowing that this decision could change yet again). Our priority will be to keep you and our actors safe and this will result in changing the way you enter the building, all will have their temperature taken, masks will be mandatory - more to come on this soon.
          2. Due to restrictions, our seating capacity will go to less than 1/3 of our usual seating, and therefore it will be impossible to have your same subscriber seats this year. We will however keep those seats for you for the following season. The Box Office will be reaching out by email in the coming weeks.
          3. We don't yet know the details of our subscription packages but will post that info here and in our emails as soon as we are able. There will also be options to watch professional videos of our productions in the comfort of your home - more coming on this soon.

Our Season Announcement is coming soon, stay tuned!

        Important Message from GET

Members of our community are hurting. The deaths of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor,  Sean Reed, and Ahmaud Arbery at the hands of law enforcement or former law enforcement officers are only the most recent examples in a long line of African American people receiving far more brutal treatment than a white American in the same situation would receive. Christian Cooper is only the most recent in a long line of African American people doing nothing wrong, yet still having the police called on them. Racism exists in our country and in our community, and it is wrong.

After participating in the peaceful protest in downtown Atlanta on May 29, Co-Founder and Producing Artistic Director Anita Farley said, “As a parent myself, I feel for the mothers who are weeping for their children. I’ve never had to fear that my children would be targeted because of their race. I was proud to be part of a peaceful march in which thousands of people expressed their hope for a better, more just world.”

At GET, we believe black lives matter. We may not always have the right words to say, but our fear of saying the wrong thing is nothing compared to the fear for their lives that black people in our community experience. We believe that all voices are valuable, and that people of all colors and creeds are welcome in our theatre, on our stage, and in our classrooms. We will continue to listen. We will do better.
